All orders are sent using Royal Mail tracked services. Orders placed on a Friday will be despatched the following Monday. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times, so if you need your order in time for a special occasion, please contact us first to let us know.

We may send your items in two packages. This is usually the case for very large orders, of where clothing has been ordered together with art prints.  

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

CUSTOMERS IN FRANCE, GERMANY OR THE NETHERLANDS

If you are a customer in France, Germany of the Netherlands, you will see prices that include all tax, duty and import fees. There will be nothing extra to pay when you receive your order. If fees change at any point, the prices you see on our website will update to reflect this.

CUSTOMERS IN THE US

If you are a customer in the US, you will see prices that include all tax, tariffs and duty. There will be nothing extra to pay when you receive your order. If tariffs change at any point, the prices you see on our website will update to reflect this.

CUSTOMERS FROM THE REST OF THE WORLD  

If you live outside of the US, France, Germany or the Netherlands you will very likely need to pay VAT (at your local rate) or duty, and any extra handling fees imposed by your countries customs or postal services, as we do not collect these at checkout.

Fees vary by country, so we're unable to provide exact figures, unfortunately. 

You are responsible for paying all VAT, duty, and handling fees that may be applied by your country's customs and postal services. If you refuse delivery due to extra fees and it is returned to us, we will refund your order when we receive it.

DESPATCH TIMES AND DELAYS

We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. No orders are despatched over the weekend.

Sometimes shipping companies/postal services experience short delays that are out of our control. These are usually no longer than a week to ten days. Very occasionally orders are delayed for longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, please send us an email and we will help.
