SHOPPING AND DELIVERY

How can I pay?

You can pay by all major debit/credit cards or Paypal.

How do I use a discount code?

To use one of our discount codes, simply add items to your shopping cart and then follow the checkout instructions. On the very last page there will be a box for entering your code. The discount will then show up and your cart total will be adjusted.

When will my order arrive?

We despatch all orders within 1-2 business days (usually less), unless there is a delay. If, for any reason, we can’t despatch your item within this time, we will contact you by email immediately to let you know. Full details about delivery times can be seen here.

Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns if items are damaged/faulty, the wrong items have been sent to you, or you would like to change the size. Our returns policy can be found here.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping prices can be found on our shipping page.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide to all countries; however, we cannot be responsible for any items seized or lost within your own country.

My order hasn’t arrived. What do I do?

PRODUCT INFORMATION

How do I wash the items I bought?

All of our items are either 100% cotton or a cotton/poly mix. Washing instructions for each item can be found on the collar label. To extend the life of your clothing, please wash all items inside out and make sure that any zips are fastened all the way up. Washing your items at 30 degrees C or cooler will also keep the print brighter for longer.

Please iron all of our products inside out and ensure you do not iron over the printed area. 

Will my item shrink in the wash?

All of our items are pre-shrunk, so any shrinkage should be unnoticeable. Items will shrink if tumble dried or washed above 40 degrees C.

Are your products well made?

We print exclusively on premium quality garments, with most being made from super-heavyweight combed cotton.  This ensures that our products are softer and heavier than most other brands and that our products are longer lasting and very comfortable to wear. Where are your products made? Are they Ethical?

All of our products are printed/embroidered within the UK using garments made around the world. We only buy stock from reputable companies that fully comply with The Modern Slavery Act 2015, and that offer complete transparency regarding their supply chain

How are your products printed?

All of our T-shirts, sweatshirts and vests are screenprinted using high-grade discharge or plastisol inks. This method produces hard-wearing, ultra-detailed graphics and is the choice of high-end brands. Having a background in hand-printing textiles, we quality check every single shirt that we send out, to ensure that the print is as good as it can be.   

DESIGN AND PRIVACY

Who designs the images?

All of our images are designed in-house by our designer, David. Work is carried out by hand using traditional drafting/illustration techniques. This method is key in maintaining the distinctive look of our brand.

Can I model for La Mort Clothing?

We usually use models that we know personally, but we are happy to look at your portfolio and check out your work. If we like it, you could be the next face of La Mort Clothing!

Will you sponsor my band?

If you would like to be considered for sponsorship, please send us samples of your music, details of your touring schedule and brief summary of how our brand could work alongside your music. 

What's the situation with privacy and my data?

We respect your privacy and your rights and we have laid out in our Privacy Policy exactly how we use our customer data. We don't do anything that we consider shady, and if you want us to erase all of your data, just email us and we'll take care of it. If you have any concerns or would like clarification on any part of our Privacy Policy, or your rights as customer, get in touch and we'll help in any way we can.
